(21)\n26-0087\nCD 15\nPLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT\nrelative to investigating any matters of reported nuisance activities at\nthe property located at 844 West Lomita Boulevard.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (McOsker -\nPark):\nINSTRUCT the Department of City Planning, with the assistance of\nthe Department of Building and Safety, Los Angeles Police\nDepartment, and Los Angeles Fire Department, and in consultation\nwith the City Attorney, to investigate any matters of reported nuisance\nactivities occurring onsite at the property located at 844 West Lomita\nBoulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90710; and thereafter, the Zoning\nAdministrator may initiate Administrative Nuisance Abatement\nProceedings per Los Angeles Municipal Code Section 12.27.1;\nChapter 1A Section 13B.6.2; and prepare the necessary reports and\nrecommendations, conduct the required public hearings, and thereby\nprotect the public peace, health, and safety of the community by\nimposing corrective conditions to address the reported nuisance\nactivities that are occurring onsite at the property.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
