(23)\n26-0059\nCD 10\nPLANNING AND LAND USE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE REPORT\nrelative to investigating any matters of reported nuisance activities at\nthe properties located at 2126 West Adams Boulevard and 2125 West\n26th Place.\nRecommendation for Council action, pursuant to Motion (Hutt -\nHernandez):\nINSTRUCT the Department of City Planning, with the assistance of\nthe Department of Building and Safety and the Los Angeles Police\nDepartment, and in consultation with the City Attorney, to investigate\nany matters of reported nuisance activities occurring onsite at the\nproperties located at 2126 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA\n90018 and 2125 West 26th Place, Los Angeles, CA 90018; and\nthereafter, the Zoning Administrator may initiate Administrative\nNuisance Abatement Proceedings per Los Angeles Municipal Code\nSection 12.27.1; Chapter 1A Section 13B.6.2; and prepare the\nnecessary reports and recommendations, conduct the required public\nhearings, and thereby protect the public peace, health, and safety of\nthe community by imposing corrective conditions to address the\nreported nuisance activities that are occurring onsite at the property.\nFiscal Impact Statement: Neither the City Administrative Officer nor\nthe Chief Legislative Analyst has completed a financial analysis of this\nreport.
