(This matter arises from claims by\nformer employees of the Los Angeles Police Department that the City\nfailed to timely pay their banked compensatory time at the termination\nof their employment in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.)\n(The Budget and Finance Committee considered the above matter\nin Open Session on February 17, 2026.)
