ADOPT the following order and letter designation request for\nthe single ballot measures to be placed on the June 2, 2026\nState of California Primary Election:\n1st Measure: APPLYING CANNABIS BUSINESS TAXES TO\nUNLICENSED CANNABIS BUSINESSES. PROPOSITION CB.\n2nd Measure: APPLYING TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX TO\nONLINE TRAVEL COMPANIES. PROPOSITION OT.\n3rd Measure: FUNDING FOR CITY SERVICES THROUGH\nMODIFICATIONS TO THE TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX.\nPROPOSITION TT.\n2. DIRECT the City Clerk to transmit the ballot order and letter\nrequest designation adopted by this Motion to the County\nRegistrar-Recorder without delay.\n3. AUTHORIZE the Council President to propose alternate letter\ndesignations to the County Registrar-Recorder in the event that\nthe requested designations are not available.
