J.4\nOn-Call, As-Needed Traffic Engineering Services Professional Services Agreements Amendments\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution 2026-017:\na. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with STC Traffic, Inc., for on-call as-needed traffic engineering services for an annual not to exceed amount of $100,000 for FY 2025/26 through FY 2027/28.\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Chen Ryan and Associates, for on-call as-needed traffic engineering services for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 for FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27, with a reduced amount of $100,000 in FY 2027/28.\nc. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 and FY 2026/27 Adopted Budgets accordingly.
