J.5\nOn-call, As-Needed Engineering Services Professional Services Agreements Amendments\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution 2026-016:\na. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with West Coast Civil., for on-call as-needed engineering services for an annual not to exceed amount of $250,000 for FY 2025/26 through FY 2027/28.\nb. Authorizing the City Manager to execute an amendment to the Professional\nServices Agreement with Nasland Engineering, for on-call as-needed engineering services for an annual not-to-exceed amount of $160,000 in FY 2025/26 and $250,000 for FY 2026/27 through FY 2027/28.\nc. Authorizing the City Treasurer to amend the FY 2025/26 & FY 2026/27 Adopted Budgets accordingly.
