APPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES\nAGREEMENT WITH RINCON CONSULTANTS, INC., INCREASING THE\nNOT-TO-EXCEED AMOUNT TO $200,000 FOR CONTRACT PLANNING\nSERVICES\nRecommendation: Staff recommends the City Council approve Amendment No. 3,\ndirect the City Attorney to prepare the amendment, and authorize the City Manager to\nexecute the amendment. If Council concurs, the appropriate motion would be:\n“I move to approve Amendment No. 3 in the not-to-exceed amount of $200,000 with\nRincon Consultants, Inc., for Planning consulting services, direct the City Attorney to\nprepare Amendment No. 3 consistent with the scope outlined in the staff report, and\nauthorize the City Manager to execute said amendment.”
