B.7.\nAMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES WITH\nCURRENT LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, LLC FOR STREET LIGHT\nMANAGEMENT NODE EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE, AND SUPPORT\nSERVICES [H. COLLINS, J. GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Current Lighting Solutions, LLC for street light management\nnode equipment, software, and support services to increase the not-to-\nexceed amount and extend the agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Current Lighting Solutions, LLC, to increase the amount\nof the Agreement by $57,484 for a total not-to-exceed amount of\n$114,968, and extend the Agreement to June 30, 2030; and 2) Authorize\nthe City Manager or designee to execute documents incident to the\nAgreement.
