F.4.\nPRESCHOOL FACILITY EXPANSION FEASIBILITY STUDY\n[C.\nBYERS]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will direct Staff to evaluate options to expand\nthe current preschool facility housed at Plummer Park. Options for\nconsideration in the feasibility study could include renovating and\nexpanding the existing facility, and/or evaluating the use of other City\nfacilities.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Direct Staff to evaluate options to expand the\ncurrent preschool facility at Plummer Park; 2) Include input from the\nHuman Services Commission and Public Facilities, Recreation, and\nInfrastructure Commission as appropriate; and 3) Report back to the City\nCouncil with findings and recommendations.
