GILMOUR]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Transportation Studies, Inc. for on-call traffic volume and\nspeed survey services to increase the not-to-exceed amount and extend\nthe agreement.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Transportation Studies, Inc. to increase the amount of\nthe Agreement by $100,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $175,000,\nand extend the agreement to June 30, 2030; and 2) Authorize the City\nManager or designee to execute documents incident to the agreement.
