MARICICH, J.\nALKIRE, F. CONTRERAS, M. MONTENEGRO]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider amending the Agreement for\nServices with Janet Smith-Heimer, doing business as (dba) The Housing\nWorkshop. This amendment aims to modify the Scope of Services, extend\nthe agreement term, and increase the total not-to-exceed amount. These\nchanges are intended to provide additional support for updating the City's\nInclusionary Housing and Density Bonus Ordinances, as requested by\nCouncil on November 3, 2025.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Janet Smith-Heimer, dba The Housing Workshop, to\nmodify the Scope of Services, extend the Agreement to June 30, 2027,\nand increase the amount of the Agreement by $36,948 for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $227,998; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or\ndesignee to execute the documents incident to this Agreement.
