FUHRER, D.\nFENN]:\nSUBJECT: The City Council will consider approving an amendment to the\nAgreement for Services with Highstake 35 LLC dba Mercury Public Affairs\nincreasing the not-to-exceed amount of the Agreement to provide\nadditional targeted outreach and advocacy support on the Metro K Line\nNorthern Extension project.\nRECOMMENDATIONS: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement\nfor Services with Highstake 35 LLC dba Mercury Public Affairs to increase\nthe amount of the agreement by $67,500, for a total not-to-exceed amount\nof $142,500; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute\nthe documents incident to the agreement.
