8.\nAdopt Resolution No. 2026-03 Amending the FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) Budget and Award of Contract to Pacific Hydrotech Corporation\n-\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following action:\n1) Approve the categorical exemption from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15301 and\n15302;\n2) Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2026-03 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 CIP BUDGET BY\nINCREASING APPROPRIATIONS BY A TOTAL OF $5,732,177 FROM THE WATER\nFUND TO THE WORKTAG: PROJECT 95082 - RESERVOIR/ TREATMENT/\nPRODUCTION REHABILITATION\n3) Approve a construction contract with Pacific Hydrotech Corporation (PHC) for\nWorktag: Project 95082 - Reservoir/Treatment/Production (for Design-Build Reservoir\n6 Roof Replacement) in the amount of $8,193,900; and,\n4) Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City and any\nsubsequent documents and amendments subject to approval as to form by the City\nAttorney.\nStaff Report - Award to Pacific Hydrotech Corporation
