4.\nAward Construction Contract to Superb Engineering, Inc., in the Amount of $249,109 for\n“Washington Park Soccer Field Rehabilitation,” FD428, Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Project No. 71122 and “Palomares\nPark Soccer Field Rehabilitation,” FD428, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | CC2590\nCapital Improvement Program (CIP) | Project No. 71129\nIt is recommended that the City Council take the following actions:\n1) Award a construction contract to the lowest responsive bid from Superb Engineering,\nInc. for “Washington Park Soccer Field Rehabilitation,” FD428, Capital Improvement\nProgram (CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Project No. 71122 and\n“Palomares Park Soccer Field Rehabilitiation,” FD428, Capital Improvement Program\n(CIP) | CC2590 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) | Project No. 71129 in the total\namount of $249,109 subject to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development\n(HUD) environmental clearance and notice to proceed; and\n2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract and any subsequent\nchange orders on behalf of the City of Pomona (City).\nStaff Report
