Adopt\nResolution No. 26-07 approving the plans and specifications for the\nHeideman School Park Project; and 2. Authorize the City Clerk to\nadvertise to receive bids. RESOLUTION NO. 26-07 A RESOLUTION OF\nTHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUSTIN, CALIFORNIA,\nAPPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR HEIDEMAN SCHOOL\nPARK, CIP NO. 20089, AND AUTHORIZING ADVERTISEMENT FOR\nBIDS Fiscal Impact: The Heideman School Park project is partially funded\nby a Proposition 68 Statewide Parks Program Grant. The total grant\namount available for the project is approximately $5 million, and the\nengineer's estimate to construct the project is $7,700,000. Upon receiving\nfinal construction bids, staff will prepare a recommendation for contract\naward, to include potential funding options (e.g., Capital Improvement\nProgram adjustments, Park In-Lieu fee appropriations, General Fund,\nLand Sale Proceeds)
