5.\nAPPROVE\nTHE\nREDESIGN\nOF\nTHE\nARMSTRONG\nAVENUE\nPEDESTRIAN BRIDGE Two redesign alternatives for the Armstrong\nAvenue Pedestrian Bridge were evaluated in an effort to align construction\ncosts with the project budget. The staff supported recommendation is\nmade by an Ad Hoc Committee composed of Councilmember Gallagher\nand Mayor Lumbard.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve\ndesign Alternative No. 2 for the Armstrong Avenue Pedestrian\nBridge.Fiscal Impact: There is no fiscal impact associated with this item.
