CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING LICENSE\nAGREEMENTS FOR THREE BALLOT DROP BOXES IN THE CITY AND\nAUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO SIMILAR\nAGREEMENTS\nRecommended Action\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-45, which will:\n1. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract C19-90, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange,\nproviding for the placement of ballot drop boxes at the Municipal Golf\nCourse parking lot, for a five-year period.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract C19-91, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange,\nproviding for the placement of ballot drop boxes at the Jim Johnson\nMemorial Sports Park, for a five-year period.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract C19-92, by\nand between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange,\nproviding for the placement of ballot drop boxes at the City Hall, for a\nfive-year period.\n4. Authorize the City Manager, in his discretion, to enter into similar license\nagreements for ballot drop boxes with the County of Orange in the future.
