11F. NOTICE OF COMPLETION - FY 2025 AS-NEEDED STREET IMPROVEMENT\nPROGRAM\nRecommended Action\nAdopt Resolution No. 26-38, which will:\n1. Accept the FY 2025 As-Needed Street Improvement Program, CIP Project\nNo. 15318, from the contractor, Hardy & Harper, Inc.\n2. Authorize the City Clerk to execute and record the Notice of Completion\nfor the FY 2025 As-Needed Street Improvement Program.\n3. Authorize the City Clerk to release the payment bond 35 days from the\nrecordation of the Notice of Completion upon verification with the\nEngineering Division that no liens have been levied against the contractor,\nHardy & Harper, Inc.\n4. Authorize the City Clerk to release the performance bond for this project\nupon receipt of a warranty bond in a form acceptable to the Public Works\nDirector/City Engineer in the amount of 25% of the total construction cost.
