Adopt Resolution No. 2023-1425, denying the appeal and upholding the\nPlanning Commission’s decision to deny Variance VA22-01 (30292 Grande\nVista – Wallentine Residence).\nCITY COUNCIL\n1. Consideration of Options to Fill City Council Member Vacancy by\nAppointment or Special Election\nRecommendation\nStaff recommends that the City Council provide direction on which one of the\nfollowing two options it desires to pursue to fill the current vacancy on the City\nCouncil:\n1.
