CONSIDER the results of the Tax Equity and Fiscal\nResponsibility Act of 1982 (TEFRA) public hearing held on\nFebruary 3, 2026 for the Project.\n2. ADOPT the accompanying TEFRA RESOLUTION, to allow the\nCalifornia Municipal Finance Authority to issue revenue bonds\nor notes in an amount not to exceed $80,000,000 to finance\nand/or refinance the acquisition, construction, improvement,\nrenovation, furnishing, and equipping of a 395-unit multifamily\nrental housing project located at 21010 Vanowen Street in CD\n3.
