APPROVAL OF THE TRABUCO CANYON WATER DISTRICT\nWITHDRAWAL AND CONTINUED SERVICES AGREEMENT MODIFYING\nTHE SOUTH ORANGE COUNTY WASTEWATER AUTHORITY JOINT\nPOWERS AUTHORITY AGREEMENT\nRecommendations:\n(1) Approve Trabuco Canyon Water District’s withdrawal from the South Orange\nCounty Wastewater Authority by directing the City’s Board of Directors\nrepresentative to vote in support of the agreement; and\n(2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute related agreements.\nStaff Report
