12.\nClean California Local Grant Program Application for I-15 Interchanges Beautification\nProject\nRecommendation:\nThat the Honorable City Council take the following actions:\n(1) Adopt Resolution No. 23-026 approving the application for Clean California Local Grant\nProgram Application for the I-15 Interchanges Beautification Project;\n(2) Approve City matching funds not to exceed $500,000; and\n(3) Authorize the City Manager or his designee to process all documents required for grant\nadministration.
