5.\nAMENDMENTS TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENTS FOR ON-CALL MATERIALS\nTESTING AND GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING SERVICES\nexecute a Quitclaim Deed to Ontario Riverside Drive Industrial, LLC, for fee title ownership\ntransfer of Hartford Street and approve Final Parcel Map No. 20274 and approve Final Parcel\nMap No. 20278, located near the northwest corner of Milliken Avenue and Riverside Avenue.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING\nTHE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO ONTARIO\nRIVERSIDE DRIVE INDUSTRIAL, LLC, FOR FEE TITLE OWNERSHIP OF HARTFORD STREET AND\nAPPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 20274 AND FINAL PARCEL MAP NO. 20278, LOCATED\nNEAR THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MILLIKEN AVENUE AND RIVERSIDE AVENUE.\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 7 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Transtech Engineers, Inc., of Chino, California, for\non-call construction management services for the Ontario Arena Plaza Project in the\namount of $776,600 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $6,831,900, and extend\nthe contract term to April 4, 2027; and\nB. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents required for the\ncompletion of the project which may include, but is not limited to, agreements,\nassessments, easements, reduction of retention accounts, contract amendments within\nthe authorization limits, and filing a notice of completion at the conclusion of all\nconstruction-related activities.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the following five Amendments to\nProfessional Services Agreements for On-call Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services, for a\ncombined increase of $850,000, for a total not-to-exceed combined contract amount of\n$9,983,520, and to extend the Amendments for an additional two-year term:\nA. Amendment No. 11 with Kleinfelder, Inc., of Ontario, California, in the amount of\n$300,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $3,207,138; and\nB. Amendment No. 2 with Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical & Environmental Sciences\nConsultants, Inc., of Irvine, California, in the amount of $150,000 for a total not-to-exceed\ncontract amount of $441,136; and\nC. Amendment No. 4 with RMA Group, Inc., of Rancho Cucamonga, California, in the\namount of $150,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $5,536,245; and\nD.
