8.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE DESIGN SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RJM DESIGN GROUP INC.,\nFOR ON-CALL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR THE ONTARIO SPORTS EMPIRE\nPROJECT\namount of $100,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $460,165; and\nE. Amendment No. 2 with Twining, Inc., of Riverside, California, in the amount of $150,000\nfor a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $338,836.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 1\nto the Goods and Services Agreement with 10-8 Retrofit, Inc., of Ontario, California, for the\noutfitting of fleet vehicles in the amount of $1,000,000, for a total not-to-exceed contract\namount of $2,500,000, and extending the term to April 30, 2028.\nThat the City Council consider and adopt a Resolution authorizing Staff to transmit the 2025\nGeneral Plan Annual Progress Report, including the 2025 Housing Element Annual Progress\nReport, to the California Department of Housing and Community Development and the\nGovernor’s Office of Land Use and Climate Innovation.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE\n2025 GENERAL PLAN ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT (FILE NO. PADV26-001), WHICH INCLUDES\nTHE HOUSING ELEMENT ANNUAL PROGRESS REPORT, AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO SUBMIT\nTHE REPORTS TO THE CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT AND GOVERNOR'S OFFICE OF LAND USE AND CLIMATE INNOVATION.\nThat the City Council take the following actions:\nA. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 4 to the Design\nServices Agreement with RJM Design Group Inc., of San Juan Capistrano, California, for\non-call landscape architectural services for the Ontario Sports Empire Project in the\namount of $619,546 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $3,647,250; and\nB.
