18.\nINTRODUCTION OF AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 34 (FLAVORED TOBACCO; NITROUS\nOXIDE) TO TITLE 5 (PUBLIC WELFARE, MORALS AND CONDUCT) OF THE ONTARIO\nMUNICIPAL CODE, PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FLAVORED TOBACCO AND NITROUS OXIDE\nWITHIN THE CITY\nThat the City Council consider and adopt an Ordinance approving File No. PDCA26-001, a\nDevelopment Code Amendment revising and clarifying certain provisions of Chapter 5.0\n(Zoning and Land Use) of the City of Ontario Development Code.\nAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING\nFILE NO. PDCA26-001, A DEVELOPMENT CODE AMENDMENT REVISING AND CLARIFYING\nCERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 5.0 (ZONING AND LAND USE) OF THE CITY OF ONTARIO\nDEVELOPMENT CODE, AND MAKING FINDINGS IN SUPPORT THEREOF.\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute an Administrative\nServices Agreement with the Animal Resource Center of the Inland Empire (ARC), of Ontario,\nCalifornia, for administrative support services provided by the City of Ontario for a total not-to-\nexceed amount of $400,000 over a two-year term.
