10)\nCONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION OF CENSURE CONCERNING COUNCILMEMBER\nBRIAN GUTIERREZ\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Consider whether to adopt a Resolution of Censure concerning Councilmember Brian\nGutierrez based upon the findings contained in the Confidential Investigation Report\nprepared by Gemelli Employment Law dated February 26, 2026; and\n2. If the City Council elects to proceed with adoption of a Resolution of Censure, conduct\ndiscussion and take any action deemed appropriate in open session.\nCITY COUNCIL COMMENTS
