6.2\nFIRST AMENDMENT TO THE MAINTENANCE/GENERAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH RE\nCHAFFEE CONSTRUCTION, INC. FOR SPOILS REMOVAL SERVICES\nThat the City Council:\na.\nApprove the First Amendment to Maintenance/General Services Agreement with RE Chaffee\nConstruction, Inc., of Wrightwood, CA to perform As-Needed Spoils Removal Services in the\namount of $575,000.\nb.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute the First Amendment to\nMaintenance/General Services Agreement with RE Chaffee Construction, for a total contract\nof $575,000 per fiscal year for the initial contract term ending June 30, 2027, with two (2)\noptional two-year extensions including the ability to negotiate and execute non-substantive\nchanges and extensions, purchase orders and amendments up to 10% of the original\ncontract amount, equivalent to $42,500.\nc.\nAuthorize the City Manager, or his designee, to issue a Purchase Order to RE Chaffee\nConstruction, Inc. in the amount of $575,000 per fiscal year.\nThat the Corona Utility Authority review, ratify, and to the extent necessary, direct the City Council to\ntake the above actions.
