7.\nCONSIDERATION TO APPROVE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT TO RETAIN PACIFIC\nCREDIT SERVICES FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE CITY'S OUTSTANDING ACCOUNTS\nRECEIVABLES\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Approve a professional services agreement with Pacific Credit Services (Attachment 1) to recover\ndelinquent accounts receivable over 90 days past due; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement, and all related documents, in a form approved\nby the City Attorney.
