15.\nCONSIDERATION TO RECEIVE AND FILE THE MID-YEAR BUDGET REVIEW FOR FISCAL YEAR\n2025-2026, ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS; AND\nREVIEW THE DECEMBER MONTHLY BUDGET REPORT, GENERAL FUND 5-YEAR FORECAST AND\nFISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 BUDGET CALENDAR\nRecommendation\nIt is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Receive a presentation of the Mid-Year Budget Review for Fiscal Year 2025-2026 (Attachment 1);\n2. Adopt a Resolution approving the proposed mid-year adjustments (Attachment 2);\n3. Review the monthly budget report through December 31, 2025 (Attachment 4);\n4. Review the initial 5-year General Fund Forecast (Attachment 5);\n5. Receive and file the tentative Fiscal Year 2026-2027 Budget Calendar (Attachment 6); and\n6. Provide direction, as appropriate.
