E. COMMISSIONER REMOVAL FOR NON-ATTENDANCE\nThe City’s Rules of Order for City Meetings provide for declaring a commission\nseat vacant after a specified number of unexcused absences. The City Council\nis requested to make this declaration for a Design Review Commission seat.\nCalifornia Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Determination: Not a Project as\ndefined in Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines.\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends that the City Council declare the Design Review Commission\nseat currently held by Charles Myers vacant, effective immediately, and direct\nstaff to include this unscheduled vacancy in the commission seats to be filled\nat a special meeting later this month.
