6.\nAUTHORIZE\nRFP:\nCONSTRUCTION\nMANAGEMENT\nAND\nCONSTRUCTION\nINSPECTION SERVICES FOR POPLAR BOULEVARD REHABILITATION PROJECT\n(FEDERALLY FUNDED PROJECT STPL-5130(024)) – F2M25-55, RFP2M26-1\nOn October 13, 2025, the City Council approved the circulation of the Notice of Inviting\nBids for the construction of the Poplar Blvd Rehabilitation Project (STPL-5130(024)). On\nFebruary 23, 2026, the City Council awarded the construction contract. The project\nconsists of cold milling and overlaying Poplar Blvd. from Main St. to the west City limit.\nPursuant to the project, staff is seeking to distribute a Request for Proposals for\nConstruction Management and Construction Inspection Services.\nRecommended Action:\nCity Council authorize the distribution of a Request for\nProposals for Construction Management and Construction Inspection Services for the\nPoplar Blvd Rehabilitation Project (Federally Funded Project STPL-5130(024)), with\nproposals due no later than 4:00 p.m. on April 9, 2026.
