This report includes information\non both the City’s General Fund and the Housing Authority Fund.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2. Receive and file the General Fund and Housing Authority Fund December 2025\n(including November 2025 actuals) Revenue and Expenditure Reports and Status of\nCapital Improvement Projects for the month ended December 31, 2025.
