2. Continued-Substantial Amendments to FY 2023-2024, 2024-2025 & 2025-2026 Annual Action Plans\nFollowing the conclusion of the Public Hearing, the City Council will consider: (CD)\na. Adopting a Resolution approving Substantial Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual\nAction Plan; Substantial Amendment No. 2 to the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan; and\nSubstantial Amendment No. 1 to Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan Reprogramming Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG);\nb. Authorize the City Manager or the Community Development Director to initiate appropriate action\nnecessary to implement projects and programs as noted in the FY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan.\nc. Reallocate $749,254 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and $340,000 in HOME\nInvestment Partnerships Program (HOME) funds from current activity allocations to the proposed budget\namendments within each respective fund.
