7. Approve Purchase of City Fleet Vehicles – Six (6) Electric Chevrolet Silverado Trucks (Public\nWorks) and Two (2) Police Detective Vehicles (Police Department)\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Authorizing the purchase of six (6) 2026 Chevrolet Silverado electric trucks, or a comparable electric\ntruck if unavailable, from National Auto Fleet Group through the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing\nProgram, to replace Public Works Department’s trucks, in an amount not to exceed $379,356 ($63,226 per\ntruck); and\nb. Approving the purchase of two (2) detective vehicles for the Police Department in a total amount not to\nexceed $98,000;\nc. Authorizing the City Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents necessary to complete the\npurchases in a form acceptable to the City Attorney.
