6. Approve Professional Services Agreement with Meeder Public Funds, Inc. for Discretionary\nInvestment Management Services\nThe City Council will consider: (AS)\na. Approve a Professional Services Agreement with Meeder Public Funds, Inc. for discretionary investment\nmanagement services for an initial term of three (3) years, with up to two (2) one-year renewal options at\nthe City's sole discretion, for a total term not to exceed five (5) years; and\nb. Authorize the Mayor to execute the Agreement in a form approved as to form by the City Attorney.
