3.\nAPPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZATION TO SOLICIT CONSTRUCTION\nBIDS FOR THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING SAFETY ENHANCEMENTS PROJECT, CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. 22-10\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve plans and specifications and authorize solicitation for construction bids for the Pedestrian\nCrossing Safety Enhancements Project, CIP No. 22-10; and,\n2. Authorize procurement of certain City-furnished materials that require longer lead times to acquire.
