4.\nAPPROVAL OF A CONTRACT WITH FONROCHE LIGHTING AMERICA FOR THE RESIDENTIAL\nSTREETLIGHT PROJECT, CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (CIP) NO. 25-17\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve a public works contract agreement with Fonroche Lighting America in the amount of $184,339\nand a 15 percent project contingency in the amount of $27,650 for the installation of 16 solar powered\nstreetlights at various locations within the City of Downey; and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute all amendments to the agreement.
