5.\nAPPROVAL OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AN AGREEMENT TO LEASE 12140 BELLFLOWER\nBOULEVARD FOR THE REFURBISHMENT OF THE SPACE SHUTTLE INSPIRATION MOCK-UP\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Lease Agreement with Downey Land Limited for an extension of\neighteen (18) months through March 11, 2028, for the lease of 12140 Bellflower Boulevard for the\nrefurbishment of the Space Shuttle Inspiration mock-up for an additional lease amount of Seventy-Two\nThousand Dollars ($72,000); and,\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or his Designee, to execute Amendment No. 1.
