Consideration to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Amended and Restated\nAgreement for Professional Services between the City of Perris and EPIC Land\nSolutions, Inc., for the Perris Valley Storm Drain Channel Trail Phase 2 Segment\n2 Project (CIP P040), to amend the scope of services for rights-of-way acquisition\nin the amount of $45,334.62, increasing the agreement amount from $241,905.79\nto $287,240.41, and retroactively extending the term of the agreement through\nDecember 30, 2027.
