5) CONSIDERATION OF MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITIES OF\nWEST COVINA AND COVINA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE WORKMAN AVENUE\nREHABILITATION PROJECT\nIt is recommended that the City Council approve the following:\n1. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a Memorandum of Understanding\n(MOU) with the City of Covina for the Workman Avenue Rehabilitation Project in the\namount of $70,688.00, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney;\n2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the MOU up to ten (10%) percent;\n3. Adopt the following resolution:\nRESOLUTION NO. 2023-21 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY\nOF WEST COVINA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE\nFISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2022 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2023\n(WORKMAN AVE REHAB AT CITRUS)
