3.\nProfessional Services Agreement with American Heritage Landscape, LP for\nLandscape Maintenance within Landscape Lighting Act District 22, Zone 5\n(LLAD 22)\nRecommendation:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute a\nProfessional Services Agreement with American Heritage Landscape, LP, in\nsubstantially the same form as submitted, for General Landscape\nMaintenance for Calabasas Country Estates Homeowners Association within\nthe Landscape Lighting Act District 22 for a total amount not-to-exceed\n$188,756.66 for a 5-year term.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to negotiate and execute not more than two (2)\nagreement extensions of two (2) years each.
