8.\nACCEPTANCE OF COMMUNITY CLEANUP AND EMPLOYMENT PATHWAY (CCEP) GRANT PROGRAM\nFUNDS FROM THE CALIFORNIA TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT (CALTRANS)\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Accept the Community Cleanup and Employment Pathway (CCEP) Grant Program by the California\nTransportation Department for $200,000; and\n2. Amend the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by increasing appropriations by $200,000 in Account No. 265-\n30-335-6040.10 (Grants, Public Works, Caltrans Community Cleanup-Employment Pathway, Contracts\nServices Outside Contracts [Expenditures]) and $200,000 in Account No. 265-99-4198.24 (Grants,\nCaltrans Community Cleanup-Employment Pathway [Revenue]); and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement and all applicable forms; and\n4. Take such additional, related action that may be desirable.
