21.\nADOPT RESOLUTION NO. 26-12 AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN APPLICATION TO THE\nCALIFORNIA STATE TRANSPORTATION AGENCY FOR 2026 TRANSIT AND INTERCITY RAIL CAPITAL\nPROGRAM (TIRCP) CYCLE 8 GRANT TO SUPPORT THE PURCHASE OF HYDROGEN FUEL CELL\nELECTRIC BUSES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Adopt Resolution No. 26-12 authorizing the submission of an application to the California State\nTransportation Agency (CalSTA) for the 2026 Transit and Intercity Rail Capital Program (TIRCP) Cycle\n8 Grant, to support the purchase of hydrogen fuel cell electric buses; and\n2. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
