8H. Cooperative Agreement with Caltrans for Bridge Barrier Rail Repairs at\nLeucadia Boulevard over Interstate-5 (I-5) (CS26D).  Environmental\nConsiderations: The project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (c), which\nexempts minor alternations to existing public streets, sidewalks, gutters, and\nsimilar facilities, including the replacement or reconstruction of existing\nstructures and facilities.
