Public Hearing to consider funding requests for the FY 2026-27 Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) Program.  Environmental Considerations:\nThe action being considered by the City Council is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA) because it is not a "project" under Section\n15378(b)(5) of CEQA Guidelines.  The action involves an organizational or\nadministrative activity of government that will not result in the direct or indirect\nphysical change in the environment.  Contact Person: Management Analyst\nSchubert\nRecommended Action: 1) Authorize funding for activities delineated in the\nCDBG Funding Recommendations FY 2026-27 and in the Analysis Section of\nthe Agenda Report, for incorporation into the draft FY 2026-27 Annual Action\nPlan; and 2) Continue the Public Hearing to April 15, 2026, to gather public\ninput prior to Council's consideration of the FY 2026-27 Annual Action Plan.\n2026-03-11 Item 10A Community Development Block Grant Program FY 2026-\n27
