6.\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve a Public\nWorks Agreement (PWA) with Roof Construction, in the\namount of $268,700, for labor associated with the\nreplacement of the roofing membranes at the Joe\nBalderrama Recreation Center, Libby Lake Resource\nCenter and Fire Station 4; approve a purchase order for\nWeatherproofing Technologies, Inc., in the amount of\n$182,057, for materials and supplies for the roof\nreplacement at these facilities; authorize the procurement\nthrough the California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS)\npurchasing; authorize the City Manager to execute the\nPWA upon receipt of all supporting documents and\nauthorize the Financial Services Director, or designee, to\nexecute the purchase order.\n26-1262\nCity Council:
