15.\nAcceptance of Grant Revenues from the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty\nto Animals (ASPCA), Approval of Appropriations, and Award of Contract for Certified\nProfessional Dog Trainer Services\nRecommended Action: (1) Approve Resolution 26-XX Accepting Grant Revenues from\nAmerican Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA); (2) approve\nappropriations and amend the Fiscal Year 2025/26 Budget in the amount of $75000; and (3)\naward contract and issue purchase order to Manuela Brumm DBA Pawminded Dog Training\nin an amount not to exceed $75,000 for certified professional dog trainer services.
