ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION NO. 23-5663 ORDERING THE ENGINEER’S\nREPORT TO ESTABLISH THE LIGHTING AND MAINTENANCE DISTRICT\nASSESSMENT RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024\nPursuant to the 1972 State Lighting and Landscape Act, an Engineer’s Report\nmust be prepared for each fiscal year in which assessments are levied and\ncollected for the District.\nRecommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 23-5663 ordering the\npreparation of the Lighting and Maintenance\nAssessment District Annual Engineer’s Report\nfor FY 2023-2024.
