1.\nCONSIDERATION AND APPROVAL OF SUBSTANTIAL AMENDMENTS TO THE\nFY 2019-2020, 2024-2025, AND 2025-2026 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN (AAP) FOR\nCOMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) AND COMMUNITY\nDEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT CORONAVIRUS RESPONSE (CDBG-CV)\nIT IS RECOMMENDED THAT CITY COUNCIL:\n1. Conduct a Public Hearing; and\n2 Approve a Resolution approving the substantial amendments to the fiscal years\n(FY) 2019-2020, 2024-2025, and 2025-2026 AAP to reprogram funds towards the\nKeller Park Improvement Project; and\n3. Authorize City Manager to execute all required documents for transmittal to the\nU.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).\nSTUDY SESSION\nNone
