APPROVE the Personal Services Contract, attached to the\nMotion, with Community Homelessness Expertise (CHE) LLC\nfor providing services to the Fifth Council District as set forth\ntherein.\n2. AUTHORIZE the Councilmember, Fifth District, to execute this\ncontract on behalf of the City.\n3. INSTRUCT the City Clerk to encumber the necessary funds\nagainst the Contractual Services Account of the Council Fund\nfor Fiscal Year 2025-2026, and to reflect it as a charge against\nthe budget of the involved Council Office.
